Product Registration Cards

Product Registration Cards are included in every order. All products must be registered within 14 days of receipt. You may:

  1. Scan the card along with the receipt and email it to: Owens Products E-Mail
  2. Mail it with a copy of the receipt to: Owens Products Inc, PO Box 670, Sturgis, MI 49091
  3. Fill out the online registration (on our Product Registration page) and upload a copy of the receipt

Warranty Statement

Owens warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of:

  • One Year – Running Boards, Venum Hoods & Tool Boxes
  • One Year – Dog Boxes, RaceMates & Mud Flaps

This warranty covers the cost of the defective part and not the cost of removal, installation, painting or other incidental or consequential charges or damages. This warranty is void if any damage to the product is due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or any other use contrary to the instructions accompanying this product. Warranty will be pro-rated based on the length of time. All warranty returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before they can be returned to Owens. Credit will be issued upon inspection of the product. Any product found to be non-defective will not receive credit and will be offered to be returned to the sender at their expense. Product will be scrapped 10 days after sender notification. Shipping damage is not considered a warranty. Dog Boxes are not warranted to be 100% waterproof or escape proof.

Warranty Claim

To begin a warranty claim, you must have a Product Registration Card on file with us. All warranty claims must begin with an e-mail including a picture of the damage. Please e-mail the pictures, a description of the damage, a copy of the receipt showing purchase date, along with all contact information to: Owens Products E-Mail

Missing Parts

Please check all packages for missing parts at the time of receipt. When parts are missing, often times it’s the result of the package breaking open (and resealed) in transit. We must determine whether any missing parts were accidentally left out (warranty claim) or if the package was damaged in transit (freight claim). If you have missing parts, please send an e-mail including Sales Order Number, description of what’s missing and a picture showing the condition of the package to: Owens Products E-Mail
