Build-To-Order
At Owens Products, all products are proudly made in the USA, right here in our Sturgis, MI facility. We build-to-order, so please allow a 4-6 week lead time to build before shipping.
Placing an Order
Owens Products has a minimum order requirement of $50.00. Please be sure your order meets our $50.00 requirement or it may be cancelled. There are four easy ways to order:

- Order by phone: Helpful and knowledgeable Customer Service Representatives are always available to take your order and assist you with any questions. Call toll-free at +1 (800) 726-9367 or +1 (269) 651-2300. Our 800 Center is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Thursday, and 8:00 AM to noon on Friday. Messages left after hours will receive our prompt attention the next business day.
Payment Types
For online orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.
Adding to Orders
All orders are started and in production within 48 hours, therefore add-ons will not be allowed after 48 hours of original order date.
Cancelling Orders
All orders are started and in production within 48 hours. Any order cancelled once production has started is subject to a 25% restock fee.
